10/14 Email Assignment

  • Due Oct 14, 2022 by 11:59pm
  • Points 100
  • Submitting a text entry box

Using the notes from yesterday, write an email to one of your teachers (from this year or last year). Ask Ms. Manz if you need to find their email address. Refer to yesterday's PowerPoint for greeting and sign off ideas or other tips for how you should write your email.

What you need:

  • Teacher's email address
  • Blind Copy Mrs. Manz on the email (manzc@pearlandisd.org)
  • Write a subject for the email (be specific)
  • Greeting (formal)
  • Body of email - (Start with why you're writing - thank you, a question, a compliment. Write about 3-4 sentences.) (Don't tell them you're writing because of an English assignment 😉)
  • Sign off (formal)
  • Your first and last name (and class period for current teachers)

Write your email in Outlook through Office 365. Send it to your teacher ONLY after Ms. Manz checks your work.

Ms. Manz will get your email if you did it correctly. Type "done" for this assignment after you send the email.
