Class book share/talk

This year, I have shared a number of books which are special to me. These books I consider my "friends" because for different reasons they have entertained or been a comfort or identified with my life, or I learned something from them. 

Each book share was accompanied by the class writing a quick summary about what the book is about and what I liked about the book. 

I know that each of you has read a book that you enjoyed, and I want you to have a chance to share with the class. 

In October, each student will have an opportunity to share a book he/she has really enjoyed. 

For credit, I will expect the following: 

1. Create a slide from a powerpoint presentation with a picture that relates, the title of the book, and the author. Be sure that all are legible and at least 24 pt so the class can read. 

Submit your slide to this assignment. 

2. In a professional manner, present and explain to the class with a quick summary what the book is basically about as well as what you liked about it.
