¡Bienvenidos a cuarto grado!

¡Hola! Soy la Sra. Méndez y estoy muy emocionada de ser la maestra de su hijo/a este año. Este será mi cuarto año enseñando en Lawhon y estoy agradecida de estar en una escuela tan increíble. Tengo un esposo maravilloso y un hijo de 2 años. Me gusta leer y pasar tiempo con mi familia en mi tiempo libre. Estoy emocionado de tener a su estudiante en mi clase este año. Este año enseñaré matemáticas, ciencias naturales y ciencias sociales de 4º grado junto con mi compañera, la Sra. Short, quien enseñará lectura, gramática y escritura. Me encanta hacer que el aprendizaje sea divertido para los demás. Espero que este año sea genial. ¡Vamos a aprender muchas cosas nuevas juntos y vamos a alcanzar nuestras metas este año! lEspero tener un año escolar exitoso. Welcome to fourth grade!

Hello! I am Mrs. Mendez and I’m so excited to be your child's teacher this year. This will be my 4th year teaching at Lawhon and I am grateful to be at such an amazing school. I have a wonderful husband and a 2 year old son. I enjoy reading and spending time with my family in my spare time. I am excited to have your student in my class this year. This year I will be teaching 4th grade Math, Science and Social Studies along with my teacher partner, Ms. Short who will teach ELAR and SLAR. I love making learning fun for others! I am looking forward to this year – it’s going to be great! We are going to learn so many new things together and we are going to crush our goals this year.
