All About Me
Hi! My name is Stephanie Mattes. I am one of the Pre-K teachers here at Silvercrest Elementary. I received my degree from Lamar University. This is the start of my 18th year with Pearland ISD. I was a Paraprofessional here at Silvercrest for 15 years and this will be my 3rd year teaching, 2nd year in Pre-K. I am very excited for this school year. I look forward to getting to know all of the children and to watch them grow over the course of the school year. Outside of school, I enjoy watching movies, reading and swimming. I am married and have a son and a daughter, both are married. My son and his wife have our grandson, Reese, and have twin girls on the way due for October.
