All About Me
Hello and welcome to 4th grade! My name is Katie Grissom and I'm excited to be your child's Math, Science, and Social Studies teacher this year. This is my sixth year at Silverlake Elementary. I graduated from Texas A&M University in 2019 (WHOOP!) with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.
In my free time I love spending time with my family, my two dogs (Darla and Dixie), going to Disney World, going on cruises, and traveling to new places.
I am excited to be a part of the Silverlake Team this year and cannot wait for a fun year of learning with your child. I look forward to meeting all of my students this school year and becoming a class family. Please know that I am completely open to communication.
