Teacher Bio
This is my 25th year teaching history, and my 14th year at South. I LOVE Texas and Texas History. I enjoy traveling around our great state, seeing the geography, and touring historic sites. This summer I hiked to the highest point in the state -- the Guadalupe Peak located in the Guadalupe Mountains. I have toured 6 caverns in Texas, visited about 50 state parks, and and photographed about 100 of the 254 county courthouses. I also volunteer at San Felipe de Austin State Historic Site.
