Hello Eagles!! My name is Mrs. Blakley and this year I will be teaching AP PreCalculus and Algebra 1 and co-coaching Dawson's Academic Decathlon team.  I am thrilled to be back at Dawson for another great year and look forward to getting to know you and your student.

I am a proud Texas A&M Aggie and graduated with a degree in Mathematics in 2006.  I absolutely love teaching math and have over nineteen years of teaching experience in Houston-area public schools.  For the last eight years, I have been fortunate to consult with the College Board as an AP Early Table Leader and AP Reader for the AP Calculus and AP Precalculus exams. I also serve as an AP Mentor to new AP Precalculus teachers from around the country and love collaborating and learning from other teachers.

When I'm not teaching, I love spending time with my husband, Jesse and our two kids, Eliana (12) and Jake (10).  Some of our favorite things to do are cheer on the Houston Astros and spend time outside.
