My name is Tina Nguyen and I have been teaching science at Pearland ISD for 15 years. I have taught Biology, IPC, and started AP Biology 2 and Anatomy & Physiology Honors at Glenda Dawson High School. Life Science have always been the discipline that I am most interested in. I am a graduate of the University of Houston with a B.S. in Biology and minor in Chemistry. After obtaining my degree, I continue my studies at the University of Houston to become certified to teach 8-12 composite science. I started my teaching career at the Ninth Grade Center in Pearland ISD, took 4 years off to stay home with my daughters, and came back to Dawson High School in 2018. |
