Use your student email address and password to log in to TopDesk Work Orders. Links to an external site.
Select Student 1:1 Support.
Select Student 1:1 Support in the right-hand menu for an issue with your school-issued laptop.
Enter your Student ID number in the Student ID field.
What kind of issue are you having with your school laptop? Select the closest match from the Category drop down field.
Tell us what is not working with your school laptop in the Detailed Description box. Be as specific as possible.
Click the Submit button.
