Teacher Bio

Hey Jaguars! I'm Mrs. McWilliams. This is my 8th year in education, and my first year at Sam Jamison and I couldn't be more excited. I taught ELAR for 5 years, focusing on reading intervention, and the past two years as a reading resource and dyslexia teacher. I'm looking forward to the 2024-2025 school year and can't wait to get to know your student.

About Me: I am Texas Girl! I was born and raised in Friendswood, Tx. I graduated from Sam Houston State University with my bachelor's, and I am 2 months away from completing my masters at WGU.

I am married to my husband Zach whom I met in High School, and we have three wonderful boys, Jacoby (16), Wade(5), Peyton(1). We love to be outside, as well as entertain our family and friends.

Although I am from Texas, I am a huge Kansas City Chiefs Fan! I'm looking forward to watching us win the Super Bowl 3 times in a row!
