☀ Mrs. Maggie Lentz

I was born and raised in Quito, Ecuador, where my love for sports began early. Growing up, I excelled in volleyball and tennis, and by age 15 I was traveling internationally for competitions—a passion for exploration that has stayed with me ever since.

I graduated from Lamar University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing. After a few years in the corporate world, I followed my calling to education and earned my Alternative Certification in Bilingual Education from the University of St. Thomas. Since 2004, I have worked in education across three school districts and in various roles within the EdTech space.

Beyond the classroom, I am deeply passionate about running, health, and wellness. I believe sports teach invaluable life lessons, and I channel that belief into action. I run a small coaching platform for athletes of all levels, guiding them to improve their performance. I also teach after-school fitness courses, train for marathons in the early mornings, and dedicate my energy to helping others thrive in their health and well-being.

At my core, I love to serve—whether through education, athletics, or community wellness initiatives.

Proud mom of two incredible boys and happily married for 15 years to my best friend. I’m also a devoted fur mom to Bella, who has my whole heart.

Entrepreneur at heart, I own three businesses and truly love what I do. Running is my passion—I've completed 25 marathons around the world, including all 7 World Marathon Majors, 2 ultra marathons, and races on 4 continents. Next up: my 26th race in breathtaking Patagonia, Chile.

Travel and adventure fuel my soul. Whether it’s exploring new far off places or trekking through remote trails, I’m happiest in the mountains and surrounded by nature.
