1. Determine Roles for your group:  

Instigator: keeps the circle talking by bringing up new ideas or details about what someone says. This person could behave as the “devil’s advocate” too. Question ideas given to make the group think. You are held responsible for the members staying on task.   

Caretaker: This person keeps others in the circle from dominating the discussion. You make sure everyone takes turns equally and everyone is heard.  

Recorder: This person documents for the circle. Put names by the roles and primarily types discoveries. Share this document Links to an external site. with everyone in Onedrive, then type discoveries as everyone contributes. This way, anyone can be prepared to discuss with the class.
