Reflection
The student seems to sincerely consider how to become a mature, adult reader who independently chooses books to read, sets goals for reading, and considers ways to improve as a reader through setting aside time, choosing interesting books, abandoning in a timely manner, choosing books which show growth in reading as is appropriate for a high school student. Choosing a variety of books which reflect different themes and/or genres. This should change week to week. Do you need to abandon? Do you need to change your goal to reflect the book you are reading? This should not read like it was just copied and pasted from week to week.
