Hello! Welcome to Mrs. Witte's 5th Grade Science Class!

My name is Lauren Witte and this is my 14th year at Alexander Middle School and my 18th year in Pearland ISD. I love teaching in Pearland! I've only taught 5th Grade Science so I know many different ways to help your child learn and be successful in science. I love Science!

My family is my world. I have a wonderful husband who is always willing to help me with my next crazy idea. We have an 9-year-old daughter who keeps us busy! She is a 4th grader at Shadycrest Elementary and she keeps us on our toes. If I am not at school, I am her personal chauffeur from swim team practice to archery or Girl Scouts.

I love animals and my house is full of them! Between my daughter running around and cats and dogs, it means my house is always busy! I also enjoy reading, music and anything that includes arts and crafts! Craft night is one of my favorite activities!
