7th Grade ELAR
Teacher Bio
Hello! My name is Chrishon Turner and I am an English Language Arts and Reading teacher at Berry Miller Junior High School! This is my third-year teaching ELAR at Berry Miller, and I am excited to continue working at such an outstanding campus with the most supportive administrators and staff.
I live in Pearland with my two amazing sons and our lovable dog, Lloyd. When I am not in the classroom, I enjoy indulging in my passion for cooking/baking. There's something so satisfying about creating delicious meals and treats for my family and friends. I also love to travel and explore new places with my loved ones. There's nothing like discovering new cultures and new experiencing different places. Plane, train, boat, or automobile, either way, count me in!
As your child's 7th grade ELAR teacher, I am committed to helping them reach their full potential and achieve their educational goals. I believe that every student has a unique learning style, and it is my job to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that caters to their individual needs. My goal is to inspire a love for learning, foster critical thinking skills, and promote a lifelong passion for reading and writing.
I am dedicated to creating a strong partnership with both students and parents. Together, we will support your child's academic journey and ensure their success. Let's Grow, Bobcats!!
