Hey Jaguars! I'm Kristin Theriot and I am so excited to be teaching 5th grade Math at Jamison! This will be my 11th year teaching and my 5th year at Jamison and in PISD! I grew up in Alvin and went to college at Sam Houston State University. I graduated from SHSU with my degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. I have two boys that are 8 and 6 years old.

Favorites: Starbucks, Amazon, Target, Chickfila, and Astros. In my spare time I like to go listen to live music, go to sporting events, go on road trips and travel with family and friends, baking, going to museums and the zoo with my kids.

For AM tutorials, students will have a sticker that will serve as their pass in their blue Math Folder. They must show the pass to the hallway monitor or they will not be allowed to come to my room. Students may not be permitted to go to tutoring if they arrive and/or try to go to tutoring after 8:10am. 

For PM tutorials, I need to have either an email or a written note at least 24 hours in advance stating the date they will be staying after school for tutorials, who will be picking them up, and a phone number for the person that will be picking them up. Students will not be allowed to stay after school without an email or note at least 24 hours in advance. If a student is not picked up on time from after school tutorials, they will not be allowed to stay after school in the future. 

  • Tuesday Before School 8:00 - 8:30am
  • Thursday After School 4:00 - 4:30pm
