Teacher Bio

Hello! I am Ms. Finney, the 5th Grade Reading Teacher of Team Opportunity at Sam Jamison Middle School. This is my fifth year teaching in Pearland ISD. I recently taught Reading and Writing in Pasadena ISD for four years. I am enthused to be your teacher, and I want you to know that my classroom is a safe place for you to learn, grow, and achieve.

Guardians/Parents, We will be using conduct cards and Class Dojo for "real time" feedback regarding your child's behavior. When a student receives a certain amount of positive points, they will receive awards/incentives! Please join their Homeroom teacher's Class Dojo.
