5th Grade Science

Teacher Bio 

Hello parents and newly mad scientists (students)! I'm excited about teaching 6th grade Science/SS at Alexander Middle School!  

I graduated from the University of Houston (Go Coogs!) with a Degree in Teaching and Learning, specializing in Science. Fun Fact! I student taught at Alexander back in 2021, then started teaching at the Junior High Level in January 2022. I am excited to be back! 

I was born in Louisiana and grew up in the Houston area. I have one sibling that is currently in high school and a dog mom to my pup, Ginny. I have a passion for running! I ran cross country/ track competitively throughout my educational career. When I'm not teaching, I love spending time with family/friends, organizing, and traveling.
