Welcome to the wonderful world of chemistry! My name is Andrea Buchelli and this is my 11th year teaching. All my time teaching has been here at Dawson. GO EAGLES!! I have taught a variety of science courses while at DHS, but I am most passionate about chemistry education. I am a huge nerd and love explaining about the importance and beauty of chemistry. I have prior experience in chemical industry and always try to make this subject as tangible as possible, which isn't hard, as it's everywhere! When I'm not spreading the word about how awesome science is, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, kickboxing, watching documentaries, crafting, and going to concerts. It is my goal to help you be successful in this class and hopefully ignite a passion within you for science. Let's make it a great year!! |
