Teacher Bio

Hello Oilers! My name is Ms. Hilburn and I am so excited to be your art teacher this year! I have worked in special education for three years and this will be my first year as an art teacher at PHS. I graduated from University of Houston Clear Lake with a BFA in Art Education with a minor in Art History. I love making, discussing and teaching art.

We are going to have a fantastic year; I am glad you are here!
