Hello students and parents! I am so happy to be your English teacher! This school year will be my third year teaching at Pearland High School and I'm so excited to continue my career in education here. I graduated from PHS in 2014 and I've always been proud to be an Oiler. In 2022, I graduated from UHCL and I've been a teacher here ever since! In my class, you can expect to read, write, and THINK. We'll be reading tons of cool pieces of literature this year and I'm really excited about certain projects we'll do. I am a huge believer in students taking charge and responsibility for their own learning, but of course, I am ALWAYS here to help you with whatever you need. We're going to have an awesome year. Please let me know if there's anything I can do to help with your transition into this new school year.
